Daniel recently graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School. He represented Osgoode as a finalist in the 2025 Wilson Moot, and served as the student coach for the team that won the competition in 2026. He was a senior editor with the Osgoode Hall Law Journal and chaired its Article Review Committee. He also volunteered with a leading disability rights advocacy organization in Ontario, served as an Osgoode student ambassador, and co-founded the Osgoode Hall Film Society.
Daniel jointly completed his law degree alongside a Master's degree in legal philosophy. His graduate thesis focused on the scope of judicial review under the Charter, and the Charter's (in)applicability to legislative amendments of voluntary benefit programs.
Daniel is conversationally fluent in Mandarin. In his spare time he enjoys cooking and bouldering.
